Background

TimesTablesMaths.com introduces The Times Tables Tutor Online, the only system and Method you will need for your children to learn their times tables.

How it came about

Tony Lazar has more than 20 years experience of teaching and tutoring school children and studying the best learning methods available. After looking at the way multiplication tables are taught and the various products teaching tables, Tony saw that using current methods did not aid children in learning and remembering the Times Tables and so he sought a better, less intensive way for children to learn and remember. After several years of trial and error, and by then working with , Alan McMahon, Mandip Sohal and thier respective children, the Method was born.

Tony Lazar

Tony has taught Latin, Maths and English to children between 6-11. The author of "Over the Bridge", a book about the journey to learn to improve yourself. At the heart of learning is a process of developing yourself to be able to absorb the learning process far more efficiently and effectively. There are several factors which affect the way and the rate you learn.

Alan McMahon

A Director of a number of companies in the construction sector, President of Harrovians Speakers Club, having previously been Vice President of Education, Alan's interest and active participation in adults gaining confidence in the field of public speaking and how his own children's confidence and learning could be enhanced, were the spur to his involvement with the development of the Method. Alan is the proponent of the 'make it fun, then you've won' philosophy of learning and confidence building.
